Description - Description: The Contractor shall furnish all of Washington Aqueduct?s phosphoric acid 75% in accordance with the specifications within this Statement of Work (SOW). Phosphoric acid is used at Washington Aqueduct?s two water treatment plants (WTPs), Dalecarlia WTP and McMillan WTP.
