Description - Description The Authority intends to develop one single point of contact between commissioning and the overarching pharmacy specialist provider with one contract and single specification that encompasses all Locally Enhanced Service provision detaile d within its components.The lead provider (LP) will be responsible for contracting with all of the 107 Pharmacies across Bolton.
