The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works consisting in the construction of a swimming pool building together with land development and a place of activity of urban sports for the investment task entitled "Mod ernization of the Namysłowska Center - Stage I" (task code c/OM/VIII/P1/21B), as described by the subject of the contract, constituting Annex 1 to SWZ and the planned provisions of the contract constituting Annex 2 to SWZ.2. The contracting authority, due to the nature of the order, provides for a vision of a local area where the subject of the contract will be carried out.
