Description - Description: Digital mailbox for inhabitants was established in 2014 with a message communicator contract that expired in 2022. When this contract expired, one for Digital Mailbox to Inhabitants moved to a new transport infrastructure in accordance w ith the national strategy for message exchange. Agreements were signed with three service commissioners with a contract period of 2 years, including an option.
