Description - Description The Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC) Operations Directorate, Asset Visibility Division (COA) has a requirement to provide airfield and/or roads and parking pavement condition index (PCI) evaluations and corresponding analysis and r eport at various Air Force installations in the Continental United States and overseas. The contractor shall provide site evaluation and analysis in support of infrastructure condition assessments.
