Description - Description DescriptionThe Sindh Early Learning Enhancement through Classroom Transformation (SELECT) Project (US $154.76 million; 2021-2026) is led by the Sindh Education and Literacy Department (SELD) to improve reading skills of early grade primar y students and increase student retention in primary schools in selected districts. The SELECT project was approved by the Board on June 30, 2021, and went effective on August 11, 2021.
