Description - The current tender is addressing issues at the VIA Brantford Station. The VIA Brantford Station is a single-storey building with a basement. Built in 1905, it is listed as a Heritage station and only minor interior renovations have been performed dur ing its lifetime.After conducting investigations into the condition of the building, VIA Rail decided to include the Brantford Station in its major building envelope rehabilitation program.As such, VIA Rail intends to proceed with the refurbishment of the building envelope’s elements that are in poor condition.In order to submit a Tender, the Tenderer must comply with the following mandatory criteria:Tenderer has the following minimal insurance
