Description - This acquisition will result in an unrestricted full and open Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Design-Build contract for the design and construction of 10 MW (6.5 MW Base Item and 4MW in option items) of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) at two (2) locatio ns on MCAGCC, Twentynine Palms, California (P-1238).
