Description - The Phnom Penh Water Supply Authority has applied for funds from Agence Française de Développement (AFD) toward the cost of the Bakheng Water Supply Project – Stage 3, and it intends to apply part of the funds to payments under the contract for t he Overhaul of the Chrouy Changvar Water Production Facility. The Employer intends to prequalify firms for the decommissioning of part of the facilities; design supply, installation and commissioning of electrical, mechanical & control equipment; and miscellaneous civil works and retrofit of buildings.
