Description - Description: The Texas A&M University System (the “A&M System”) is soliciting statements of qualifications from law firms interested in representing the A&M System under the direction and supervision of the A&M System Office of General Counsel an d its members in the areas of law described in Section 2 of this packet and in accordance with the terms, conditions and requirements set forth in this Request for Qualifications (RFQ). This RFQ is issued to establish a referral list from which A&M System, by and through its Office of General Counsel (OGC), may, as necessary, select counsel to advise and represent A&M System and its institutions and agencies on specific matters as the need arises
