Description - The Principal is inviting offers from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the construction of a new small lookout, including boardwalk, step ladder, approximately 10 meters of linking track and minor modifications to the Council jettyâ €™s beach access at Yanks Jetty on Orpheus Island National Park. The Contractor will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the construction phase for this work including the fabrication and supply of all components required for the lookout. Further details for works requirements including specifications are specified in the Project Brief (Attachment 3).
