Description - Description: Subject to final approval, Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) intends to make an award on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, for the purchase of OrbitrapTM mass spectrometer along with a Vanquish Flex ultra-h igh performance liquid chromatograph.
