Description - Oracle licenses required for the database management system for the instant payment solution. The purchase is to be carried out in accordance with the provisions of art. 54 para. (1) lit. c) from the Law of the Republic of Moldova on public procureme nt no. 131 of 03.07.2015, taking into account the fact that, according to Oracle's policy, only partners-members of the "Oracle PartnerNetwork" can purchase Oracle licenses for the development of their own solutions and are subsequently authorized to distribute/sell these licenses to the end user in the form of "bundled" solutions ", only within the delivered solution.
