Description - Description: THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A BRAND NAME ONLY CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This notice announces the intent by the U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) in support of the United Sta tes Army Medical Research and Development Command (USAMRDC) Enterprise Information Technology Project Management Office (eIT PMO) located at Ft. Detrick, MD to negotiate a brand name only requirement in accordance with (IAW) FAR 6.302-1(c). The requested item is peculiar to a brand name product by one manufacturer.  Currently, the Oracle Argus software is the only known product able to satisfy the eIT PMO minimum essential characteristics (MECs)
