Description - With effect from the new Framework Agreement, the Contracting Authority wants to use one (1) leasing company for the delivery of new car lease contracts. A Framework Agreement will be concluded with this supplier for an initial period of three (3) ye ars with an option to extend three (3) times of one (1) year each. The reason for entering into a possibly longer contract period than four (4) years is the use of Additional Agreements during the term of the Framework Agreement, each with its own term of five to six years.
