Description - Description Oslo municipality, c/o the Agency for Urban Environment, shall procure a tenderer for the care and operation of parks and public recreation areas in the northern area. The area includes Bjerke, Grorud, Stovner and Alna districts. The area includes parks, bathing places, foot paths, large and small recreational areas, as well as green areas and car parks.
