Description - Description: Lejonfastigheter's property portfolio is divided into three contracting areas with regard to the outdoor environment.This procurement covers the former Area 2 Center, which is now divided into two sub-areas; Area 2a West center and area 2b East center. Tenders may be submitted in both areas, but bidders will only be awarded one sub-area.Respective contracting includes overall;- Supervision and maintenance as well as remedial maintenance of the outdoor environment with associated equipment- Preparedness, on-call and execution of snow removal and anti-skid control- Monitor and carry out authority inspections, etc. Ensure that deviations and deficiencies are rectified.- Case manage
