Description - Description: As a contracting authority, the City of Smiřice plans to select a professional administrator and operator of the system of heat energy supply in Smiřice, with which the lease agreement is concluded (the proposal of Annex 6 of the tende r documentation published on the contracting authority). The operator of the thermal energy supply system, of which the client is an exclusive owner, will produce thermal energy in the heat sources of thermal energy and supply it to the contracting authorities as a leaser and other customers. The operator will also be obliged to perform a technical appreciation of the subject of the lease - see the tender documentation and its annexes in details.
