Description - Description: The tender relates to a service contract for the performance of practical tasks in the citizens own homes on weekdays between 8am and 4pm, and is subject to free choice of supplier for practical tasks cf. Section 83 of the Service Act. T he tasks do not include residents of nursing homes. Citizens living at home are awarded the benefit in accordance with Section 91 of the Service Act on free choice. The purpose of the law is to ensure that citizens who are searched for practical tasks have a free choice of supplier. The municipal supplier is outside the tender, and continues as before.
