Description - The city of Helsingborg intends to carry out a new construction of a bathhouse in Oceanhamnen in the municipality of Helsingborg. Due to the complexity of the project, the customer has decided to carry out this contract as a turnkey contract (ABT 06) with collaboration (so-called partnering). The project will be conducted in two phases: Phase 1: Definition of program documents as well as design of system documents and building permit documents and production of calculations and target cost. Phase 2: Detailed design of construction documents and construction production as well as handover and warranty and responsibility period.
