Description - Description The Estonian National Library procures the digitization service of the source texts of Estonian journalistic heritage in accordance with the requirements set forth in this technical description. The goal of the project is to digitize, seg ment, archive and make 550,000 - 700,000 pages publicly available online in the DIGAR digital archive of the Estonian National Library.
