Description - The New York Army National Guard has requested a requirement for Catering (Prepare and Serve on Site) at Camp Smith Training Site DFAC # 504, 11 Bear Mountain Bridge Rd., Cortlandt Manor, NY 10567 from 2 May 2024 - 28 June 2024. Meal Menu selections, daily meal quantities and serving times are located on the attached Feeding schedules.  ALL QUOTES MUST include a copy of the contractor and when applicable the subcontractors most recent health inspection.  Menu information is in the NYARNG 21 Day (Catering) Menus.
