Description - Description: The French Community Commission (COCOF) introduced into its strategic plan rationalization and optimization of the management of its assets. This can only be done if a maintenance and renovation plan is reflected, expressed and organized for all the buildings of which the Cocof is the long -term owner or tenant. The COCOF (hereinafter "the contracting authority") currently occupy a set of buildings as taken up in the appendix for a total of +/- 136,000 m².
