Description - Description: DLA Energy will utilize the Department of Energy (DOE) 4th Generation Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPC) Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) to award a Task Order (T.O.) for the customer's requirement.
