Description - Description: This synopsize constitutes formal notification of the Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) on behalf of Product Director Base Emergency Communications System (PD BECS) to solicit a sole source justification for a Land Mobile Radio (LMR) system.
