Description - The United States Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The required cameras must have a ho rizontal resolution of 1280 pixels and vertical resolution of 800 pixels for a combined total of one (1) million pixels.  Must also have recording rate of 75,000 frames per second (fps) and a maximum weight of 20 pounds and a front profile of no more than nine inches by seven-point-five inches (9”x7.5”).  The Government intends to solicit to negotiate with Vision Research, Inc. located at 100 Dey Road, Wayne, New Jersey, 07470-4633, United
