Description - Description: This is a re-compete of current Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) Contract. The US Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Eastern Acquisition Division (EAD), intends to negotia te on a sole source basis with Vestdavit, Inc., using the procedures in FAR Part 13.5, to perform required system grooms, inspections and repairs on current Government Owned Property manufactured by Vestdavit. Vestdavit is the only known authorized service center for performing calibrations, recertification, and repair services on this property. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 41 U.S.C. 1901 as authorized by FA
