Description - Description: The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Phoenix Area-Indian Health Service’s intent to award a firm fixed-price contract on a sole source basis with La Paz Regional Hospital Laboratory; to provide Reference Laboratory Testing f or the IHS Parker Indian Health Center in Parker, Arizona.
