Description - Description: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District (USACE) intends to procure online access subscription to the LinkedIn Learning Pro Platform on a sole source basis in accordance with the statutory of 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1) as implemen ted by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). The purchase will not exceed the simplified acquisition threshold and only one source is reaonably available.
