Description - The Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) intends to award a sole source contract. This proposed firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract includes a requirement for DCSA and Department of Defense (DoD) Seals and DCSA padfolios and is to fulfi ll an urgent requirement that will have a short delivery schedule.
