Description - The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Louisville District (USACE) intends to negotiate a noncompetitive contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii) for an upcoming requirement for the Construction of an Army Reserve Center in Bell, CA.
