Description - NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE The 92d Contracting Squadron in Fairchild AFB, Washington intends to award a sole source purchase order to Flying Watsons Corporation also known as Yellow Thunder as a result of them being the only vendor qualifi ed to provide unrestricted rated aerobatic performances as a 2-Ship T-6 Harvard team with Canadian RCAF paint scheme. This commercial purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by IAW FAR 13.106-1(b).
