Description - The 502d Contracting Squadron intends to issue a sole-source award to Trane U.S. Inc., (CAGE code: 60532) to perform labor only maintenance on the Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) cooling system supporting the Sensitive Compartmented Information Facil ity (SCIF) opperating area on Joint Base San Antonio, Fort Sam Houston. The VRF cooling system requires the replacement of 1 compressor and circuit board. The equipment was installed by Trane U.S. Inc., which is still under warranty. To avoid potentially invalidating the warranty, Trane U.S. Inc., will repair the system.
