Description - This synopsis is issued in accordance with FAR 5.101(a)(1) and FAR 5.207. This proposed action is for the procurement of Air Force Plant 42 Access Control Vetting. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authori ty of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), “Contracting officers may solicit from only one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available”.
