Description - Description: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers New York District intends to solicit a fixed price contract for repairs to the Drift Collection Vessel (DCV) Gelberman. The solicitation will reference brand name paint products. The identified brand/manu facturer items or proprietary specifications are intended to be examples for a basis of design, and the paints and brands listed are not to be construed as favored over or excluding others.
