Description - In accordance with FAR Subpart 5.2, this announcement constitutes a Notice of Proposed Contract Action (NOCA) by the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, International C2 & Sensors Division (AFLCMC/HBN), Hanscom AFB, MA. This effort will be under office FA2383 AFLCMC HBNK, but due to the status of the SAM system, former HBNK office DoDAAC “FA8730” was used.
