Description - The USDA, USFS, Southern Region (R8), National Forests in North Carolina (NFsNC) intends to solicit a 5-year Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for road maintenance, road construction, and minor engineering services for the Forest Service roa ds on all National Forests in the state of North Carolina. This contract will focus on the National Forests in North Carolina, but also include  surrounding Ranger Districts in adjacent states of Tennessee, Georgia, Virginia, and South Carolina.  This solicitation will result in multi-awards Indefinite Quantity, Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ), maintenance and construction contracts for each of the four (4) Forest Zones.
