Description - Description: NOTICE OF INTENT TO NEGOTIATE A SOLE-SOURCE GSA TASK ORDER The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Acquisition and Grants Office (AGO), Eastern Acquisition Division (EAD) and the Off ice of Marine and Aviation Operation (OMAO), using the procedures set forth in FAR Part 13.5, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Zodiac of North America, Inc. located at 540 Thompson Creek Rd. Stevensville, MD 21666 for a firm-fixed price contract for two Zodiac Hurricane H638’s. A Limited Source Justification will be posted as an amendment to this notice at a later date. The Zodiac Hurricane H630 and H638 are currently being used
