Description - The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has a requirement for technical support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and applicable upgrades for the existing Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system, including the APOGEE/ INSIGHT systems at its Fairbanks Alaska facility. The Fairbanks Command and Data Acquisition Station (FCDAS) is located at 1300 Eisele Road, Fairbanks, AK 99712. The APOGEE/INSIGHT systems are used by FCDAS personnel to track and manage HVAC systems for the facility, which currently includes the Fairbanks Satellite Operations Facility (FSOF), Alaska building, and Power House also located at 1300 Eisele Road, Fairbanks, Alaska.
