Description - Description: The National Museum of the United States Army (NMUSA) and Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) are conducting a market survey to identify businesses capable of providing design, fabrication, and installation services for a new exhibit on the Corps of Engineers to honor the 25th Anniversary of September 11th, 2001.
