Description - Description: The Government of Canada has a requirement for light duty vehicles. This requirement is subject to a two stage competitive procurement process. The first stage is a qualification process to create a qualified Offeror list. At the second stage, only the Offerors on the list will be allowed to bid on the Request for Standing Offer (RFSO).
