Description - Synopsis: NASA/NSSC has a requirement for Niobium Alloy Spherical Powder Feedstock - AMtrinsic Powder Grade FS-85.  NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to TANIOBIS USA LLC: 144 Gould ST STE 207; Needham, MA 02494 under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). It has been determined that TANIOBIS USA LLC is the sole provider of Niobium Alloy Spherical Powder Feedstock - AMtrinsic Powder Grade FS-85. NASA/NSSC will be the procuring center for this effort. Performance will be located at NASA/ Glenn Research Center (GRC).
