Description - Project Manager Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PM PNT) will be issuing a follow-on request for information (RFI) to learn from industry partners how they might offer solutions to control production unit costs and sustainment costs. We are inter ested in looking at all potential ways to reduce costs throughout the lifecycle – to include owning the appropriate level of Government Purpose Rights and having multiple producers of a single design.
