Description - Description: The Freising district intends to build the new Freising State Vocational School Center next to the existing vocational school building on Wippenhauser Straße. As part of a realization competition, Schulz and Schulz Architects were commi ssioned to design the building. The preliminary draft by Schulz and Schulz Architekten shows a gross floor area according to DIN277 of approx. 34,400 m² for the various functional areas. In total, this results in a usable area 1-7 according to DIN 277 of approx. 19,000 m².
