Description - Description: This consultation concerns the provision of network recognition services on the metropolitan area as part of the BHLS project. The main objective of this framework agreement is to make network data more reliable. This involves • Taking into account existing data on the territory and which may be provided by the project owner or its partners; • The use of documents linked to studies already undertaken by the MOA; • Requesting information from concessionaires regarding their networks; • Carrying out DICT to carry out on-site investigations; • On-site investigations (geodetection and manual surveys); • Camera-based investigations; • Reporting of these results on plan;
