Description - The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) - Rock Island District is soliciting Capability and/or Product Statements from all qualified and interested firms to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources. The requirement as part of the USACE Naviga tion and Ecosystem Sustainability Program (NESP), the Rock Island District seeks to lease up to two (2) 2400 HP towboats with operating personnel. The boat will be used on the Mississippi River from Lock 20, Canton, MO, (Mile 345) to Lock 25, Winfield, MO, (Mile 240).
