Description - Description: Northumberland County Council is proposing to replace James Calvert Spence College (JCSC) within the existing site boundary. A new location for the building facilitates the continued safe operation of the school whilst construction takes place with demolition of the existing buildings to follow once the new school becomes operational. This will be an 11-18 secondary school for 720 pupils. It is proposed that the new school buildings will use innovative technologies to create a net zero carbon in operation school.
