Description - The Chief of Naval Education and Training (NETC) requires contractor services to support the Naval Introductory Flight Evaluation (NIFE) program training for students from Naval Aviation Schools Command. The purpose of the NIFE program is to ensure that all Student Naval Aviator (SNA), Student Air Vehicle Pilot (SAVP), Student Naval Flight Officer (SNFO) candidates receive flight instruction per the NASCINST 1542.1 Series Naval Introductory Flight Evaluation Master Curriculum.
