Description - The NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCI Agency) intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for the procurement of a commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) software solution to deliver Command and Control (C2) capability of an Electromagnetic W arfare (EW) System to the NATO Enterprise sites.
