Description - National Urban Park Capital and Operating Plan Synopsis: The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to invite Proponents to prepare and submit competitive Proposals to provide components that will support the development of a costed capital a nd operating plan (the Plan) for a potential national urban park (NUP) in the Saskatoon region. The Plan should be a visionary evolution of the current Meewasin model within the context of a potential national urban park.
